The One Initiative

Walking Together. Growing in Christ

“Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up”. – Ecclesiastes 4: 9-10 ESV

The One Initiative exists to walk alongside people with biblical mentoring, Christ-centered discipleship, and genuine Christian community.

We believe the Christian life was never meant to be lived alone. God often strengthens His people through His Word, His Spirit, and the encouragement of fellow believers.

Whether you’re seeking hope, healing, accountability, or simply someone to walk alongside you in faith, our desire is to point you to Jesus Christ—the One who alone saves, restores, and transforms lives.

Our Mission

The One Initiative exists to walk alongside those seeking hope, healing, and spiritual growth through Jesus Christ.

Our mission is to:

  • Walk alongside those who are struggling.
  • Point people to Jesus Christ.
  • Encourage biblical discipleship and authentic Christian community.
  • Remind every person that lasting restoration is possible through the grace of Jesus Christ.
  • We believe every person has value because every person is created in the image of God.
  • Every conversation matters.
  • Every prayer matters.
  • Every soul matters

Who We Serve

The One Initiative exists to serve men, from all walks of life who desire hope, healing, and a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. Whether You are taking your first steps of faith or have walked with the Lord for years, you are welcomed here.

We especially seek to walk alongside:

  • Men seeking to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Men looking for biblical encouragement, accountability, and discipleship.
  • Men navigating difficult seasons of life.
  • Men looking for authentic Christian brotherhood.
  • Men who desire to live according to God’s word.

What we Offer

The One Initiative is built around 4 foundational pillars of biblical discipleship. Every man’s journey is unique, and while each pillar builds upon the previous one, we seek to move at the pace God is working in his life.

The Four Pillars

The One Initiative is built upon four foundational pillars of biblical discipleship. These pillars reflect our commitment to walking alongside men as they grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Every man’s journey is unique, and while each pillar builds upon the previous one, we seek to move at the pace God is working in his life.

The Four Pillars of The One Initiative are:

Rescue – Meeting men where they are and pointing them to the hope found in Jesus Christ.

Restore – Walking alongside men as God brings healing, freedom, and renewal.

Build – Equipping men to grow in biblical discipleship, spiritual maturity, and Christlike character.

Send – Encouraging restored men to disciple and invest in the lives of others.

RESCUE

Come to Me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”

-Matthew 11:28

Every journey begins with grace.

We believe no man is beyond the reach of God’s mercy. Whether he is carrying shame, regret, brokenness, or simply longing to know Christ more deeply, we seek to meet him with biblical truth, compassion, and hope.

Our desire is to point every man to Jesus Christ—the One who rescues, forgives, and offers new life.

RESTORE

“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” — Psalm 147:3

Healing happens in relationship.

We walk with men toward healing through prayer, biblical truth, and honest accountability. We believe restoration is possible for the heart, the mind, and relationships when a man is willing to bring his whole self into the light of Christ.

Our goal is not quick fixes, but deep, lasting healing that flows from the One who makes all things new.

BUILD

Like newborn infants, long for the pure spiritual milk, that by it you may grow up into salvation.” — 1 Peter 2:2

Growth is intentional.

We equip men to grow through God’s Word, consistent prayer, discipleship, and practical obedience. Spiritual maturity does not happen by accident — it is formed as a man learns to walk daily with Christ and apply truth to every area of his life.

Our aim is to help build a strong foundation in Jesus that will hold firm through every season.

SEND

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses…” — Acts 1:8

Restored men become restoring men.

We do not raise men up just to keep them for ourselves. We equip and encourage them to walk alongside others — to become the hands, feet, and voice of Jesus in their families, workplaces, and communities.

The goal is not simply personal growth. It is multiplication. When a man has been rescued, restored, and built up in Christ, he is sent to help others experience the same transforming grace. This is how the Kingdom advances — one faithful man at a time.

Our Commitment

Our Commitment

At The One Initiative, we are committed to serving with Christ-centered love, biblical truth, and integrity. Every man who reaches out matters. Whether your journey is just beginning or you’ve been walking with Christ for many years, we desire to walk alongside you with grace, encouragement, and prayer.

We are committed to listening without condemnation, speaking the truth in love, protecting confidentiality, and pointing every man to the hope found in Jesus Christ. Our goal is not simply to offer support, but to make disciples who grow in their faith, strengthen their families, serve their churches, and impact their communities for the glory of God.

“Let all that you do be done in love.”

1 Corinthians 16:14
